One for the cook

 I just cannot get enough of food punched with great flavors. I come from Poland but my most favorite cuisines are Mediterranean, Indian, Middle Eastern and Thai… Ever since I was a kid my home was full of great cooking. Both my mom and my stepdad loved bold flavors and were adventurous in the kitchen. In this blog I want to share my most favorite recipes from my childhood and more recent culinary discoveries. Most of all, I would like to share my love for big tastes and convince people not to be intimidated by spices.
